Tawau SangNyuk beehoon (or mein or horfun) can be in konlou or in soup. The meat (according to your health consciousness) is lean pork slice with meat balls. For the adventurous, add in the pork entrails (chu-chap) such as liver, heart, intestine. And for the really die-hearts, garnish with deep fried crunchy crispy sinfully tasty pork fat. Howzat?
