
A bowl of delicious steaming hot black parrot fishhead with vermicelli (rice noodle) in clear soup. Parrot fish is a great delicacy to many people in Asia. There are four large chunks of fishhead in this bowl. The best part of the fish is its skin which is thick and crunchy. Parrot fish is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.
